Stage 6 Underway
It’s all action stations onsite at Verdant Hill as we head towards the end of what has been a busy and challenging year.
Civil construction works for stage 6 are well underway, with environmental management work now complete, including temporary fencing, rumble strips, and silt fences all installed. The team eagerly awaits pre-commencement approval from Council to move onto the next stage with a meeting scheduled for this week.
The next step in the process will see topsoil stripped and bulk earthworks started – ideally before the Christmas holidays.
Sewer and stormwater reticulation will start shortly after the bulk earthworks to complete the subsequent steps of this process.
Our team is eagerly anticipating the completion of works in the lead-up to title release and will continue to share progress updates with the Verdant Hill community.
