The team at Verdant Hill are delighted to deliver the June 2020 Construction Update, detailing the status of all works currently happening onsite.

Landscape and Bridge Works update
Thanks to the recent wet weather, our street trees have really taken off in Stages 1 to 4 – they are looking lush and very happy!
The planting for stages 5 and 6 will commence in July 2020, and Stage 7 planting will be rolled out once the onsite civil works are complete.
The Park
The finishing touches are being made to the Clementine Blvd Park. This park has something for everyone with the skate-park elements, play equipment, BBQ and the picnic shelter all installed.
Fitness equipment has been located and designed to link in with the Dry Creek shared path trail for those fitness fanatics.
The park will be open for use from July 2020.
The Dry Creek Plan has been approved by Council and the landscape enhancement for this area will commence by the end of 2020.
The Neighbourhood 2 (Cardinal Fields) landscape plan is also approved and works will be rolled out as stages are completed.
Rosso Drive Bridge Construction
Works are nearing completion for the bridge with rock beaching and painting yet to be completed.
The bridge is a real feature of the estate and highlights the large open green space that Verdant Hill has to offer.
Civil Works
Dohertys Road – Stages 3 & 7 Intersections
Works are nearing completion on Dohertys Road with electrical/communications, kerb and footpath, final layer of asphalt and topsoiling yet to be completed.
We forecast that construction will be completed by mid-July 2020 with title registration by mid-September 2020.
Stage 8
Works are nearing completion for Stage 8 with electrical/communications, footpath, asphalt and topsoiling yet to be completed.
We forecast that construction will be completed by late July 2020 and title registration by early October 2020.
Stage 9
Works are nearing completion for Stage 9 with the final layer of asphalt and topsoiling yet to be completed.
We forecast that construction will be completed by mid-June 2020 with title registration by early October 2020.
Stage 10
Works are nearing completion for Stage 10 with asphalt and topsoiling yet to be completed.
We forecast that construction will be completed by late July 2020 with title registration by the end of October 2020.
