We are pleased to deliver the latest update on construction progress at Verdant Hill.
Stage 6A
Base course asphalt to be installed in the coming weeks with electrical trenching, main conduits, electrical cabling and public lighting to follow.
The remaining installation of sewerage and stormwater reticulation to follow along Clementine Boulevard.
Stage 12
Title is registered and settlement is due May 9th, 2022.
Electrical easement and streetscape works will commence in July 2022.
Stage 13
Civil works have been completed and SOC consent is pending.
Stage 14
Construction is set to commence with site establishment and implementation of EMP in the coming weeks and topsoil stripping and bulk earthworks commencing shortly after.
