Boasting a new brand design Verdant Hill is about to open a new chapter with an upgraded marketing approach. Characterised by colourful yet elegant changes, the new Verdant Hill brand imagery has been inspired by nature and in particular the colours, shapes and names of Australian flora.
The brand refresh has been designed to bring Verdant Hill closer to its offering as a fresh, vibrant, distinctive and stylish address that genuinely appeals to a broad cross-section of discerning new residents, from young homebuyers to families, professionals and retirees. It is this broad mix that helps create genuine neighbourhoods – a special feature of Verdant Hill.
This theme of flowers and plants will be reflected in the master brand of Verdant Hill as well as the neighbourhoods themselves, through their names as well as through individual colour palettes.
A re-worked language will mirror the visuals to allow the aspirational sense of place and neighbourhood to shine, while telling a clearer story about all the things that make Verdant Hill such a special place to call home.
The new, eye-catching brand visuals will begin to appear on sales and marketing material, as well as banners, signage, emails and a completely redesigned user-friendly website.
